HOW WE DO IT

Femo Vélocia aims to create opportunities for women in motorsport through education, storytelling, and community.
Through blogs covering different perspectives of racing, webinars with leading engineers and ambitious women in the industry, and future workshops and collaborative projects, we hope to make motorsport feel more accessible, inspiring, and welcoming.
As we grow, we also aspire to support and uplift young female drivers through mentorship, exposure, and eventually funding opportunities.
